Sitme provides a restaurant reservation and management platform. Our Service enables restaurants to manage reservations, accept pre-orders, process deposits, handle takeaway orders, and engage with their customers through CRM tools.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Restaurant Obligations

Restaurants using Sitme agree to provide accurate information about their establishment, including operating hours, menu items, pricing, and availability. Restaurants are responsible for honoring confirmed reservations and pre-orders made through the platform.

5. Payments and Deposits

Certain features of the Service may involve payment processing, including reservation deposits and pre-order payments. All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. Sitme is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing by third-party providers.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies for reservations and pre-orders are set by individual restaurants. Sitme facilitates the communication of these policies but is not responsible for their enforcement. Refund policies for deposits are determined by the respective restaurant.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Sitme and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sitme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
